Relief Guest Support Worker Job Description

We need dynamic, creative and reliable team members to provide the best possible service.  You will show compassion and empathy, with some experience of working with people affected  by homelessness or in a social care setting and, although it’s not essential, an understanding of the experiences of those affected by the asylum process in the UK would be really helpful.  

We’re looking for people who know how to safely maintain boundaries but who get stuck in to their workload. We want to hear from people who work in a person-centred way and focus on  maximising personal choice. We are keen on creative thinking, new ideas and what life has taught you, as well as professional experience.  

There will be a range of shifts and hours available and these roles may also suit social care and social work students who want to gain some practical experience during your studies, and people returning to the workplace after time out.
